LingoAce is a leading online learning platform dedicated to providing a fun and engaging learning environment for children who want to learn Chinese, English, and Math.
We are expanding our ELA program and are seeking passionate, experienced educators to help students develop strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills in a supportive online environment.
1. Job Description:
Teach phonics, reading, and writing courses provided by LingoAce to students on the LingoAce platform.
2. Class Type:
One-on-one trial: 25 minutes of teaching time
Small group regular class: 55 minutes of teaching time, up to 6 students
3. Schedule:
One-on-one trial: availability during peak hours is expected
Small group regular: fixed schedule of 55 minutes per class, once a week, lasts 18 weeks for one semester
4. Peak Hours
Weekdays: 17:00-22:00 (Eastern Standard Time)
Weekends: 08:00-22:00 (Eastern Standard Time)
All seven days: 14:00 -20:00 (Beijing Time for Oceania clients)
5. Payment
Earnings are based on credentials, performance, teaching slots open and successfully conducted lessons, etc. Plus, special incentive available for successful trials and referrals.
6. Qualifications
We are seeking experienced educators who are passionate about literacy and student growth.
Required Qualifications:
- English-Speaker from the US or Canada;
- Bachelor's degree or higher, better major in Education/English Language/Literature;
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience in ELA/reading/writing courses;
- Reliable internet connection and professional online teaching environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, English, Literature, Literacy, Reading, or a related field
- A state or provincial teaching license
