Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stucco Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying and finishing stucco on building exteriors, ensuring a high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our projects by transforming raw surfaces into polished, weather-resistant facades. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of stucco materials
• Mix and apply stucco mixes according to project specifications, using trowels, hawks, and other hand tools
• Finish surfaces with smooth or textured effects, ensuring consistent quality and appearance throughout the project
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications
• Collaborate with carpenters, drywall installers, painters, and other trades to coordinate work sequences effectively
• Perform caulking around windows, doors, and joints to seal gaps and enhance weather resistance
• Conduct inspections during and after application to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction painting, drywall installation, or related trades is highly desirable
• Strong construction experience with a focus on stucco application or exterior finishing projects
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to read blueprints accurately
• Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials used in exterior finishes
• Handyman experience that demonstrates versatility across various construction tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
