Full job description

Next Door Restaurant is hiring.

We are looking for BOH team members, Team Leads / Supervisors, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers to join our team.

Next Door Restaurant - 139 Main Street Unionville

Ideal candidate:

- Has a strong interest in culinary and hospitality
- Be positive and has a willingness to learn.
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment

- Must take the health and safety of their team members and guests seriously.

- Must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts (25 hours) per week.

Some Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to spec and training
- Stock, count, rotate inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

**Minimum 2-3 years cooking experience in a full service restaurant required
