Table Nineteen is looking for a dynamic, creative, and responsible Bar Supervisor to lead the Bar team at Olympic View Golf Course.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

• Take ownership of the vibrant bar at Table Nineteen.
• Go above and beyond to educate, inspire, and motivate the Bar team.
• Train your team to flawlessly execute the drink menu and tailor creative beverages to each Guest's desire.
• Mingle with our appreciative and fun clientele; ensure they receive quality service and drinks.
• Support a variety of fun events: patio BBQs + weddings + lively cocktail receptions.
• Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.
• Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 1-2 years’ experience in a managing bartending role; wine, cocktail, and inventory knowledge is essential.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Natural ability to coach and influence others.
• Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
• Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
