Job Summary

About Us:

Join our dynamic team as a server, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction. Your culinary knowledge and food industry experience will help elevate our service standards, making every guest feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable POS
  • Enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards
  • Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
  • Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with guest relations to ensure a seamless experience

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
  • Proficiency with POS systems such Micros POS or OpenTable is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
  • Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for the food industry is essential
  • Previous experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation enhances your candidacy
