Salary: $187,063 to $224, 475
We are ready to take this game to the next level, and we are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President, Lottery Solutions to lead one of the most strategic technology and product portfolios in our organization. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving business outcomes through technology, product management excellence, and cross-functional partnerships.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Chief Technology & Information Officer, you will be empowered to:

Define and execute the strategic vision for lottery technology portfolios.
-
Define and execute the product vision and portfolio strategy, building strong partnerships with senior business and technology leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes, customer value, and long-term product success.

Drive innovation and product evolution by leveraging market dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and deliver differentiated lottery and gaming solutions.

Lead end-to-end product delivery and operational excellence, including ideation, requirements, development, testing, quality engineering, maintenance, service management, and decommissioning, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.

Oversee and develop a portfolio of product management leaders, championing Agile and product management best practices, resolving cross-portfolio priorities and dependencies, and advancing centralized business requirements and customer experience model.

Serve as the EIT lead for major transformation initiatives, including Lottery Evolution, providing strategic direction, governance, financial stewardship, and successful execution of enterprise-wide programs.

Build and sustain high-performing, inclusive teams through leadership, coaching, succession planning, capability development, employee engagement, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and innovation.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
-
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
-
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, product management, software delivery, or related disciplines
-
Proven success leading large-scale organizations and technology transformation initiatives.
Relevant Skills:

Exceptional communicator and influential leader with the ability to translate complex concepts for executives, Board members, technical teams, regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders, while driving alignment, negotiation, collaboration, and decision-making across competing priorities.

Strategic, analytical, and people-focused leader with expertise in waterfall and Agile delivery, rapid prototyping, and user-centered design, capable of solving complex challenges, co-creating innovative technology solutions aligned to business objectives, and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve results.
