Energy. Passion. Dedication. We bring these values to our customers everyday.

At Air Canada Rouge, we don’t just take people from one place to another. We make the flight feel like part of the adventure. If you’re someone who lights up a room, thrives on connection, and has a passion for making people feel at home (even at 35,000 feet), then you might be the perfect addition to our in-flight crew.

What you’ll do onboard:
  • Prepare the aircraft for takeoff, making sure everything is set for a safe, smooth, and comfortable journey.
  • Greet customers with genuine warmth and keep the energy positive from takeoff to touchdown.
  • Deliver announcements and information with personality and professionalism.
  • Create a friendly, calm, and comfortable environment. Whether you’re chatting with a nervous first-time flyer or celebrating a special moment.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and support your fellow cabin crew to keep things running smoothly.
  • Provide snack, meal and beverage service including spirits and alcoholic drinks and manage onboard product sales.
  • Help customers with in-flight entertainment and troubleshoot any technical hiccups.
  • Assist with carry-on stowage, seating changes, and comfort needs throughout the flight.
  • Handle onboard incidents and emergencies with confidence and care.
  • Respond to medical situations, including administering First Aid when necessary.
  • Keep the cabin clean, tidy, and looking sharp at all times.
  • Be a brand ambassador by sharing feedback with leaders and helping us elevate the Rouge experience.
  • Complete any required safety and service reports after each flight.
Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • You’ve obtained a high school diploma.
  • You hold a valid Canadian passport with no travel restrictions.
  • You either live within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson International Airport or are ready to relocate.
  • You can obtain a Transport Canada security clearance.
  • You have access to the internet to view scheduling changes and internal communications.
  • You’re comfortable working at high-altitudes in a pressurized cabin environment.
  • Due to the safety-critical work you will be doing, you’ll need to meet Air Canada Rouge medical standards to qualify for the role. Candidates will be subject to a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test. You’re expected to be free of any intoxicating substances. Safety is our top priority!
  • You’re able to successfully completion our 6-week, full-time, Air Canada Rouge Flight Attendant Initial Technical Training Program in Vancouver.
Language Skills:
Candidates must be proficient in English and in at least one of the following additional languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog or Thai. Preference will be given to candidates who speak both English and French.

  • Wellness support that includes access to wellness platforms and services to promote physical and mental health.
  • A robust Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), that gives you access to confidential counselling and referral services for employees and their families.
