As a dishwasher, you are the owner and integral part of the kitchen’s success. The guest experience starts and ends with you. In this role, you are responsible for upholding a pristine environment and delivering genuine warmth and care to your team. You take pride in maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace. This role is fast-paced and demanding, but you stay ahead by being efficient and anticipating your team’s needs.

  • Seasonal: May– November 2026


What You'll Do

  • Ensure all dishware (plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and utensils) and cooking equipment are hygienically cleaned and stored properly
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at your station to set the tone for all areas of the restaurant
  • Help the cooks with putting away food orders, as requested
  • Assist cooks whenever necessary with any kitchen prep work
  • Contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for all winery guests


What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of sanitary guidelines and operation of an industrial dishwasher is an asset
  • Previous experience in a high paced environment
  • Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Positive attitude, outgoing and approachable attitude
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Must be able to multitask while under pressure and maintain composure
  • Level 1 Food Safe is an asset
  • Interest in pursuing a career within the culinary arts is an asset
