Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready for an opportunity to grow your sales career?

We’re hiring face-to-face Sales Representatives to help customers find the right TELUS home services for their needs, including internet, TV, and other home connectivity solutions.

Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your career, changing industries, or you're looking to start your first sales career, we provide paid training and a comprehensive training program to help you build the product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

As a TELUS Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners, introducing TELUS products and helping customers find solutions that best meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building meaningful relationships with prospective customers
  • Educating customers on TELUS products and services
  • Recommending personalized solutions based on individual needs
  • Representing Surge Solutions and TELUS with professionalism and integrity
  • Participating in daily coaching, training sessions, and team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Working toward individual and team performance goals

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but it is not required.

No Sales Experience? That's Okay.

We believe strong salespeople can come from many different backgrounds. If you're motivated, coachable, and enjoy working with people, our training program will give you the tools to get started.

If you have previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, telecommunications, business development, fundraising, or another customer-facing role, we'd also love to hear from you.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time only

Compensation: $900.00-$1,200.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Can you commute to the North York east side from Fairview Mall for In-Person full time, Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm? (required)
