Status Energy LP is looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher

Status Energy specializes in safely providing oilfield services throughout Western Canada. With an experienced team and growing fleet of top of the line equipment, Status has established itself as a reputable company in the industry. This position will be a 3 man rotation, 24 coverage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Appropriately schedule work and dispatch trucks

· Assist with trouble shooting issues over the phone to drivers in the field

· Communicate proper procedures and expectations of paperwork completion

· Assist in disciplinary matters in conjunction with Operations Manager when necessary

· Maintain accurate dispatch records

· Assist HSE department with the completion of monthly inspections and audits

· Other job duties as required

Qualifications

· Class 1 driver’s license

· 2 – 5 years of dispatch experience

· Knowledge of tank, sand and NGL trucks, an asset

· Ability to work in fast paced environment

· Strong communication skills, computer skills and organizational skills

· Ability to work on an on-call basis

· Ability to maintain good employee and client relationships

Skills

  • Excellent analysis skills for evaluating operational data to improve efficiency.
  • Effective dispatching skills with experience oilfield transportation.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for liaising with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry across multiple platforms.
