Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our water treatment design and fabrication team. Komline Pure Water has been providing clean drinking water and treating wastewater for environmental protection for over 30 years, with a strong emphasis on serving the needs of remote and indigenous communities. Each treatment system we offer is custom designed to meet the requirements of the clients and community and manufactured to provide reliable service under the harshest climate conditions. If you would like to help improve the quality of life for others, while also protecting our environment, we would like to hear from you.

· Confidently manage difficult or high-pressure customer interactions, including scope disputes, change requests, and performance concerns

· Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical explanations for non-technical stakeholders

· Participate in client meetings, design reviews, factory acceptance tests (FATs), and site visits

Project Support

· Collaborate closely with project managers to manage technical scope, schedules, and risk

· Support proposal development, technical clarifications, and value engineering

· Identify opportunities for design standardization, cost optimization,

and constructability improvements

· 25+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment system design

· Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada
