We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Site Lead to oversee daily operations and help ensure our practice continues to run smoothly and efficiently.

Role Overview

The Site Lead will play a key role in maintaining the operational excellence of our surgical facility. This position involves overseeing clinic workflows, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a background in dental or healthcare management who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Patient Coordination: Ensure seamless patient experiences from arrival to departure, addressing any concerns professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive workplace.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor clinic financials, including budgeting, billing, and reporting, to maintain financial health.
  • Compliance & Policies: Implement and uphold clinic policies, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Facility & Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and that the facility remains in top condition.
  • Community Outreach: Support initiatives to promote the clinic’s services and strengthen community engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in dental practice management or a healthcare-related setting are required.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision and decision-making in a clinical environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with dental insurance processes, billing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.
