Administrative Support Clerk - 30 hours per week

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Transportation industry experience is considered a strong asset but is not required. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as part of a collaborative team.

This position provides administrative support to our Canadian and U.S. Dispatch teams, as well as our Safety & Compliance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to the Canadian and U.S. Dispatch teams.
  • Assist the Safety & Compliance department with daily administrative functions.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities as required.
  • Prepare reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile Bills of Lading (BOLs) and fuel usage for Canadian and U.S. shipments.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide support to other departments as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experience with Customs Clearance processes (ACE/ACI) is considered an asset.
