The Office Administrator will primarily be involved with daily administrative duties such as reception, coordinating deliveries/mailings, answering phones and assisting as required. They will also be involved with invoicing/billing of our accounts and clients.

Schedule: Full Time

Summary of Position:

  • Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls & be the first point of contact to our customers.
  • Arrange and handle monthly staff orders for office supplies.
  • Distribute daily incoming mail & take care of all outgoing mailings.
  • Maintain company contacts.
  • General filing and photocopying.
  • Training team members on policies and work procedures
  • Inputting information into the computer
  • Help management on projects
  • Schedule staff hours
  • Input payroll
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates will have a high school diploma with at least 1 year of experience as an office administrator. Further consideration will be given to those with post-secondary education/business training.
  • Exemplary written, verbal and computer-oriented communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, accounts payable and receivable skills.
  • Strong overall computer and internet skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite preferred, Excel is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
