MCA Consultants - Office Administrator (Temporary)

We are looking for an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our workplace. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile professional who can adeptly handle a diverse range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

· Manage all aspects of payroll.

· Categorize electronic receipts using cloud-based software.

· Match and categorize transactions in QuickBooks via the banking module.

· Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable:

· Prepare accurate and timely client invoices.

· Ensure adherence to company practices and client contract agreements.

· Track, report, and manage receivables.

Accounts Payable:

· Efficiently process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and CRA payments.

Human Resources Support:

· Coordinate employee benefits administration.

· Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Maintain and update employee records and the database.

General Administration:

· Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

· Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and inventory maintenance.

· Plan and organize office meetings, events, and lunch-and-learns.

· Act as the Health and Safety representative, maintaining Safety binder, overseeing audits/inspections.

· Manage all administrative functions.

Qualifications:

· 3+ Years of QuickBooks Experience: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial transactions effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Detail-Oriented: Superior organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks.

· Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

· Problem-Solving Aptitude: Adept at finding solutions to challenges.

· Strong Communication Skills: Both oral and written communication.
