Full job description

We are a pediatric specialty dental clinic, located on Montreal Rd & St-Laurent blvd. and we are searching for a dental administrative assistant who has extensive knowledge in billing, treatment planning, responding to emails and other administrative duties, preparing estimates, etc.. The hours are daytime, Mon-Fri, and the position is available immediately. Only experienced candidates will be retained for interview. We offer complimentary parking on-site for all staff members.

Qualifications

  • Dental office experience, particularly in a dental specialty background
  • Proficiency with electronic dental records (we use Abeldent Cloud software)
  • Strong front desk and administrative skills
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and multi-line phone systems
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office environment is preferred as no extensive training can be provided.
