About Us
Dr. Seema Steffens Dentistry is a reputable, patient-focused dental practice in Mississauga committed to delivering high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. We are looking for a dedicated team member who is committed to growing with our practice long term.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
  • Verify insurance coverage and process claims
  • Handle billing, payments, and patient financial inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office experience in a Canadian setting preferred
  • Familiarity with the dental terminology and procedures, the ODA Fee Guide and insurance billing is an asset
  • Experience with Open Dental an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
