Full job description

We are a busy dental specialty practice seeking a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Administrator/Receptionist/Hygiene Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment, supporting both patients and our clinical team while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Coordinate hygiene (utilizing MaxAssist) and support treatment coordinators with doctor scheduling
  • Confirm and manage patient appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Process insurance claims and handle payments
  • Complete daily balancing and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous dental office experience is required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Flexible and willing to assist in all areas of the office as needed

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • No evenings or weekends required
