Every day, our Coordinators help ensure patients receive timely access to care, providers have the information they need, and clinic operations run efficiently. They are trusted to think critically, solve problems, prioritize competing demands, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do
As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling using sound judgment and clinical prioritization.
- Manage incoming phone calls and electronic communications efficiently.
- Process referrals, consultations, diagnostic testing, specialist correspondence, and incoming clinical documentation.
- Monitor provider workflows and electronic medical record (EMR) tasks.
- Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Liaise with hospitals, specialists, pharmacies, laboratories, community agencies, and external healthcare providers.
- Anticipate workflow challenges and proactively help resolve them.
- Support multiple clinical programs while balancing competing priorities.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and administrative projects.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively to ensure patients receive timely, seamless care.

QualificationsRequired
- Minimum two years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional judgement and strong critical thinking skills.
Preferred
- Medical Office Administration diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience working in primary care or another healthcare setting.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Experience with HITS eSuite is considered a strong asset.
