Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the administrative processes. This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, managing staff, and supporting overall business objectives.

Duties

Proficient use of QuickBooks for Payroll processing.

Invoicing and receivables.

Expense tracking.

Bank reconciliation.

General office administration, including:

Organizing project costing and budget tracking.

Maintaining contract files and project documents.

Prepare statutory declarations and documentation.

Coordination of material and labour documentation.

Familiarity with Workforce management apps for tracking employee hours.

Cheque deposits and other bank-related tasks.

Answering phone calls and managing front office communication.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Previous experience in construction or related industry (an asset but not required)
