Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurses (Remote Practice) to provide emergency medical care at a remote industrial site in northern BC on a rotational basis.

Duties

  • Assess and treat patients presenting to the clinic
  • Provide medical care according to scope of practice with support of 24/7 telehealth physician where required
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with medical protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients and other emergency responders
  • Maintain all emergency medical equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and stocked.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to prevent injury or infection during emergency responses
  • Assist with training new team members and participate in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements

  • Valid BCCNM registration
  • Prior experience of remote industrial clinics preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to integrate with remote camp population

Pay: $1,100.00-$1,400.00 per day
