Exciting opportunity for RNs or RPNs who are interested in providing 1-on-1 complex and continuing care in Shelburne.

About this role:

  • Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a “life-altering” complex condition. It may include ventilation, special feeding systems, tracheostomy care, and special pain management
  • The population of focus (pediatrics)
  • Night shifts (10:30PM-6:30AM) and Day shifts

Requirements:

  • CNO registration in good standing
  • Recent experience with BiPAP, g-tube care, cough assist, and seizure management. Training will also be available.
  • Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset
  • Recent experience in pediatrics will be an asset
