We are hiring a full time Medical Supply Nurse Coordinator for our Mississauga office. This role plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination of medical equipment and supply orders to support timely patient care. This role bridges clinical knowledge with administrative efficiency—managing supply logistics, prioritizing urgent requests, engages vendor and staff to resolve supply/equipment issues, and ensures vendors and care teams are aligned to meet patient needs.

Day and evening shifts are available (either 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). This is a fully in-office position, giving you the chance to connect directly with the team and keep things running smoothly.

Job Description

  • Manage medical supply and equipment requests, ensuring clinical appropriateness, completeness, and alignment with program funding or discharge criteria
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain team, vendors, and healthcare professionals to facilitate timely procurement, resolve clinical concerns, and address supply-related barriers to care
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices, track supply utilization and costs, and report discrepancies impacting patient care or clinical budgets
  • Provide clinical oversight on equipment suitability, safe use, and adherence to safety and infection control standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives focused on clinical quality and patient experience

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in community or acute care settings
  • Strong understanding of medical equipment, community-based care processes, and Ontario’s home and community care structure and funding mechanisms
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with telehealth or virtual care workflows
  • Experience with supply chain collaboration and vendor management in a healthcare environment
