Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in sales, account management, and business development within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in technology sales and B2B interactions. Bilingual proficiency in French is a plus. This position provides valuable experience in outside sales, negotiation, and marketing strategies, making it an ideal starting point for a career in sales or business development.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through effective communication.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying potential client opportunities and assisting in outreach efforts.
  • Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist in conducting analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach through sales efforts.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via digital channels.
  • Support technical sales processes by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Basic understanding of outside sales, negotiation, and account management principles.
  • Interest or experience in business development, marketing, or technology sales preferred.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
  • Prior experience or knowledge related to B2B sales, technical sales, or customer service is a plus but not required. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of sales and customer relations while fostering professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $37,906.14-$66,260.73 per year
