We are hiring for a Customer Service Consultant

Role Description:

Congdon's is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. Your areas of focus will include Ostomy, Incontinence, Wound care, Walkers, and Independent Living Aids. You will work closely with our team and clients. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals by providing them with the necessary supplies and support.

You must have:

  • Ostomy, Continence, and Wound care knowledge.
  • AADL, NIHB, DVA, WCB Knowledge.
  • Compression garments and Mastectomy experience is an asset.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You must be:

  • Self confident, friendly, and compassionate.
  • Mature, patient and professional.
  • Dependable and have a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and self motivated.
  • Consistent and pay attention to detail.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation based on experience.

Extended healthcare and dental benefits included.
