Full job description

Arpi’s North Inc. provides expert HVAC and mechanical services for general contractors who take on complex or large-volume projects across Northern Alberta and surrounding areas. We are looking for a experienced Administrator to join our team.

This is not a remote position!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the operations team
  • Combining PDF’s for the service department and small projects
  • Creating and maintaining schedules and documentation
  • Creating and maintaining various project-based documentation
  • Administrative support for the safety team
  • Creating and confirming checklists for start-ups and performance reporting
  • Printing off drawings and distribution of drawings
  • Maintenance manuals, QA/QC manual updates
  • Shop drawing processing
  • Covering the reception desk when required
  • Supporting new device set-ups when required
  • Various filing for departments or monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field will be considered an asset but is not required
  • 3-5 years of administrative relevant experience is required
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking and time management techniques
  • Possesses a collaborative attitude in working with members of a team and external contacts
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships
  • Keen sense of urgency and pro-actively complete required tasks with minimal prompt
  • Strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate and organized documentation
