Full job description

Midtown Honda is looking for an Automotive Deal Administrator. The Deal Administrator, under the direction of the Controller and Management, will primarily be responsible to ensure deals are posted correctly and assist with accounting and administrative functions.

Operating out of a prime, high-traffic Toronto location directly off Highway 401, this flagship dealership is a massive, high-volume powerhouse. The operation is built on a foundation of long-term community loyalty, structured efficiency, and a fast-paced but highly organized day-to-day culture. Notably, Midtown Honda boasts a remarkably busy service department with one of the highest repair order counts in the Central Zone, making it an absolute hub for technical excellence and steady productivity.

Job Duties

  • Process all new and used vehicles into company DMS (One Eighty and CDK).
  • Responsible for monthly inventory audit.
  • Receiving and verifying manufacture invoices and Bill of Laden.
  • Chattel qualitied vehicles to company floor plan.
  • Process payment for incoming used vehicle purchases.
  • Reconciling monthly Floor Plan Billing statements.
  • Reconcile Monthly Parts Statement.
  • Maintain Company Garage register.
  • Maintain proper record of company vehicle ownerships and plates.
  • Assist in monthly end financial reporting.
  • Review and maintain accounting schedules.
  • Deal posting- New, Used, wholesales and dealer Trade.
  • Additional administrative and accounting related duties as required.

  • Adhere to OMVIC rules and regulations.
  • Must have a positive and cheerful disposition and strong communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with phone and computer systems
  • Knowledge and experience with One Eighty and CDK are considered an asset.
  • Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
