Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Support various departments with tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
