We invite applications for the position of Pharmacist Assistant to join our team at North Central Co-op. This position will provide support to pharmacies across North Central Co-op with Edmonton and surrounding area; however, the position is based out of our Chappelle Pharmacy location. The successful candidate must be available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Travel will be required.

What you’ll do:

• Greet customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
• Gather prescription information, input demographic and prescription information into database
• Process, package and complete payment processing for customer prescriptions
• Maintain patient profiles and ensure they are updated
• Coordinate blister package filling
• All Cash and till duties
• Ordering products and pharmacy supplies
Other duties as required

Who you are:

• Minimum of 1 year in a retail pharmacy preferred
• Knowledge of Kroll system preferred
• Commitment to excellence in customer service
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
