Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a <PERSON>. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow proper food handling procedures during meal preparation and service
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain inventory levels

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced setting is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
