Fundraiser – Start This Week – $20/hr Guaranteed – Vancouver, BC

We’re hiring fundraisers in Vancouver to represent some of the world’s most recognized nonprofit organizations.

No experience needed – we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy connecting with others and want their work to support meaningful causes.

If you’re looking for a job you can start quickly, with guaranteed hourly pay and real opportunities to grow, this could be a great fit.

This role is a great fit for people interested in nonprofits, community outreach, advocacy, public engagement, marketing, social impact, performance, or other people-focused work.

Pay & Benefits

  • $20/hour guaranteed to start (not commission)
  • Leadership growth opportunities with pay ranging from $25–$28/hour, based on performance
  • Paid training from day one

Schedule
We do our best to offer flexibility around your life, school, and other commitments.

That said, team members must be able to commit to:

  • Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
  • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with new people
  • People who enjoy connecting with others from all walks of life
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on their feet

Experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, advocacy, community outreach, sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, volunteering, activism, education, or other public-facing roles is helpful – but not required.
