REAL ESTATE FOLLOW-UP COORDINATOR ($20-24/hour + bonuses)

We’re a small, busy team, which is a good problem to have.

But with thousands of people in our database, we need someone whose main job is making sure nobody gets forgotten.

The Dino Network at REMAX One Group is looking for a friendly, organized person to call and text people who have connected with our real estate team. Some contacted us recently. Some reached out months or years ago. Your job is to find out where things stand, keep in touch and book an appointment when they’re ready.

This is not just a calling job.

You’ll also keep our database organized, schedule future follow-ups, update notes, set up property searches and make sure every person has a clear next step.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Call and text people in our existing database
• Have friendly, natural conversations
• Find out if they’re still planning to buy or sell
• Keep clear notes and update their information
• Schedule and complete future follow-ups
• Set up and adjust property searches
• Move people through the correct database stages
• Book appointments for our REALTORS®
• Make sure nobody falls through the cracks
• Connect people with the appropriate professionals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re probably a good fit if you:

• Are confident and comfortable on the phone
• Sound friendly and natural, not robotic or pushy
• Speak clear, easy-to-understand English
• Live in Winnipeg and know the city well
• Are organized and good with technology
• Can manage a large number of follow-ups
• Don’t take rejection personally
• Work well on your own and as part of a team
• Enjoy seeing progress and getting things completed
• Are open to coaching and having calls reviewed

Call centre, customer service, telesales, appointment-setting or CRM experience would be a huge asset.

Real estate experience is not required. We’ll train you on our process, scripts, systems and basic real estate conversations.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• An established database of approximately 3,700 people in an industry-leading CRM (Follow Up Boss)
• No need to find or purchase your own leads
• Text and call right from your computer with your own dedicated number
• A simple three-page calling framework

DETAILS

• Independent contractor position
• Must live in Winnipeg
• Work from home
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start at $20-24/hr
• $25 per qualified appointment booked and held
• Flexible schedule within reasonable calling times
• Your own computer, headset, reliable internet and quiet workspace are required

We’re not looking for someone to pressure people or give real estate advice.

We want someone who can have a good conversation, stay organized and make sure the right people speak with us at the right time.
