About us

Our goal is to hire and retain long term employees.

Our work environment includes:

  • Newer well maintained Equipment, with manual transmission
  • On site mechanics
  • We haul Bulk grain and feed from own yard, farms and to processing plant
  • Our drivers typically have a dedicated truck
  • Drivers paid hourly with OT after 60 hrs

Duties:

- Safely operate our trucks pulling dump trailers, hopper trailers, feed auger trailer, walking floor and hopper trailers
- Load and unload feed/grain onto trucks.
- Transport feed/grain to designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Qualifications:

- Valid AZ driver's license with 3 years clean driving record and a valid passport or Fast Card.
- Proven experience as an OTR truck driver
- Ability to operate equipment such as dump trucks, trucks and trailers,( dump, walking floor and hopper)

-Experience with feed auger trailer would be an asset, but we are willing to train for right candidate
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Should be a critical thinker who has excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently effectively as well as being a part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and longer hours on the road.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
