What We Offer

  • $0.58 per mile
  • LTL stops paid $30–$40 per stop (destination-based)
  • $100 LTL Bonus Ontario to NJ, NY, NH, MA, MD, RI, CT

Operational Details

  • Company drivers are paid as employees (not contractors)
  • Open board dispatch – no dedicated lanes
  • Local fleet handles all pickups — loads are ready at the terminal
  • This is LTL work — stops, miles, and trip length vary
  • No same-day runs
  • Average 3–5 days out
  • No guaranteed miles or dedicated lanes
  • Earnings depend on freight volume and driver availability
  • Flexibility and trip acceptance are key to success in this role

Driver Requirements

  • Valid AZ / Class A license
  • Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience
  • Cross-border experience required
  • FAST card (or eligible to obtain)
  • Clean CVOR & driver abstract
  • Safety-focused and professional
  • Ability to run LTL freight with multiple stops
