We’re a growing residential painting company in Kelowna looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team this season.

No painting experience? No problem.

We provide training — what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with residential interior and exterior painting projects
  • Learning how to properly prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, masking, caulking)
  • Applying paint using brushes and rollers (and learning sprayer use over time)
  • Protecting client homes and keeping job sites clean and organized
  • Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and ability to take direction
  • Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
  • Reliable and shows up on time
  • Good communication and respectful with teammates and clients
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset (not required)
