Who are we looking for?

Crumbl in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is looking for Crew/Baking members!

If you are someone who enjoys baking, working with your hands, has a passion to serve and make memorable baked experiences, likes to learn and grow while being in a fast-paced environment, then Crumbl is the place for you. Oh… and did we tell you these desserts are the best in the world?!!!

We are currently looking for candidates with morning/mid-day and evening work availability

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the preparation of high-quality food
  • Focus on cleanliness and organization
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Know and adhere to Food Safety standards
  • Develop relationships and serve the community with excellence
  • Excellent customer service and customer recovery
  • Making cookie dough and baking (No previous experience required)
  • Decorating cookies
  • Fulfilling & packaging order

Requirements:

  • Pleasant interactive skills
  • Attention to detail,
  • Basic math
  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist crew member/baker team in all levels of project execution including, but not limited to, planning, production, catering, clean-up, etc.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Food service experience in a restaurant setting (Bonus)
  • Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on a smile!
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working in a team based environment and independently as needed

Hours per week:

  • Currently hiring candidates with morning/midday and evening work availability
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • 4 hour weekly minimum, up to 40+ hours a week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
  • Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
