Scorpium Inc. is a direct sales and leadership development company in North York. We run face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns for major national brands, currently Clover/Fiserv (business payment solutions) and we develop our people into leaders who eventually run their own offices.

What You'll Do

Depending on the campaign you're placed on, you'll either:

  • Clover campaign (B2B): Meet face-to-face with local business owners, introduce Clover point-of-sale and payment solutions, and book or close new merchant accounts

Day to day, you will:

  • Build genuine relationships with prospects face-to-face
  • Learn and run a proven sales system with daily coaching
  • Participate in morning training, workshops, and team meetings
  • Track your numbers and work toward individual and team goals
  • Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity

Compensation

$900–$1,200 per week (uncapped commission structure with weekly bonuses). Top performers exceed this range.
