Full job description

Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. is looking for its newest employees at our Nelson St. location!

Are you a passionate and responsible leader interested in joining an amazing team? Here’s your chance to enter a dynamic and growing industry. If you’re a people person and have experience in leadership or a retail environment (not required but an asset), this is the opportunity for you!

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Provide extraordinary customer service.
  • Be the best budtender by educating yourself on different types of customers and cannabis products.
  • Create a positive in-store experience that includes updating displays, efficient restocking and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
  • Act as a support to the manager and lead to the team.
  • Financial duties include processing transactions and daily cash management.

What else you should know:

  • The pay for the role ranges from $18-$20 per hour
