Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook as per Mary Browns processes and procedures (Training will be provided).
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, special events, and improvements.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal planning.
  • Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
