What This Role Involves:
As a Credit Counsellor, you are passionate about supporting clients as they navigate financial challenges. You provide compassionate guidance to help them find solutions for managing debt, overcoming barriers, and achieving their financial goals.
In this role, you will:
- Assess clients’ financial situations, helping them gain a clear understanding of their income, expenses, and debt obligations.

- In some cases, offer ongoing support through a Debt Management Program, which enables clients to pay off their debts with interest relief.
- Serve as a trusted resource, answering questions and following up to ensure clients stay on track toward financial stability.
As part of our commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality counselling experience, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and are required to complete the Certified Financial Counsellor (CFC) certification within the first year of their start date.
What We Offer:
The starting salary range for this role and location is $64,064 - $68,848. Consideration will be given to previous education and experience that exceeds the requirements of the role.
