This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and ensuring customers receive top-notch service. Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or building materials is preferred but not required—we provide training!

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, unload, and inventory products using material handling equipment.
  • Organize and store incoming products properly.
  • Maintain an accurate and orderly inventory of all products.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including loading bulk and skidded products.
  • Ensure the landscape yard, shop, and office stay clean and well-maintained.
  • Guide suppliers in delivering bulk products to the right locations.
  • Operate a single-axle dump truck for deliveries as needed.
  • Prepare and stage landscape product orders for delivery.
  • Perform routine maintenance on material handling equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing safety and skills training.
  • Organize and direct imported bulk landscape product shipments to the proper stockpile locations.

Who You Are:

  • A hardworking team player with a positive attitude.
  • Someone who enjoys working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused individual who takes pride in organization and efficiency.
  • Experience in forklifts, material handling, or construction is a plus but not required (we’ll train you!).
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
