Overview

Sushi Mura Oak is seeking dedicated Dishwasher Positions to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food service industry and be part of a vibrant culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including prep stations and storage spaces
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly
  • Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment

Experience

  • Prior experience in cleaning, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
