Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves various kitchen tasks, including meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies as needed.
  • Provide support in serving meals and interacting with customers when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
