850 Degrees Pizzeria

Two locations: Long Branch (Etobicoke) and 2197 Bloor Street West (opening September 2026)

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, plus tips

Full-time and part-time positions available

850 Degrees Pizzeria is hiring skilled and passionate Pizzaiolos for both our established Long Branch restaurant and our new Bloor West location opening this September. If you’ve got at least 3 years of experience crafting authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, we want to hear from you.

We’re obsessed with quality. From hand-stretched dough to premium, imported ingredients, every stone-baked pizza that leaves our oven represents the very best of Italian tradition, and we need people who share that passion for perfection.

Joining the Bloor West opening team means helping set the standard in a brand-new kitchen from day one. Joining Long Branch means stepping into a busy neighbourhood restaurant with a loyal following and an established crew.

What We Offer

  • A fast-paced, fun, and friendly work environment

  • $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, plus a share of tips
  • Full-time and part-time schedules available
  • The chance to open a new restaurant (Bloor West) or join an established team (Long Branch)

  • Please note: all pay is processed through payroll. We do not pay cash.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned Pizzaiolo with 3+ years of experience on stone deck or wood-fired ovens, and comfortable working a gas deck oven
  • Able to hand-stretch dough with skill and consistency
  • Confident managing dough fermentation, proofing and daily prep to spec
  • Confident working in a busy kitchen, maintaining high standards under pressure
  • Passionate about ingredients, technique, and the craft of pizza-making
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to bring good vibes to every shift
  • Food Handler certification is an asset
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
