Although we are located in a hotel we are not a seasonal restaurant. We are busy year round!!

Our culinary team earns wage plus our tip pool program - the busier we are the more you make. all culinary team members earn shares based on experience and seniority this is a structured program that you can understand and count on.

Our team of culinary managers are kind, they appreciate your work and are flexible. You won't be yelled at in our kitchen we work together with the front of house to make great food and delight guests every single day!
