Riverbend Denture & Implant Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Clinic Administrator to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating an excellent patient experience and helping keep a busy, modern clinic organized and running smoothly.

About the Position

The primary focus of this position is clinic administration and patient coordination, including:

  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Managing patient records and treatment documentation
  • Following up on annual recare patients
  • Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
  • Communicating with patients throughout their treatment
  • Coordinating with dentists, specialists, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals
  • Helping maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional clinic environment
  • Help maintain proper IPCD
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day clinic operations
  • Seating patients and turning over rooms
  • Tracker software experience recommended but not a necessity

Dental Assisting Experience? That’s an Asset.

While this is primarily an administrative position, we are also open to candidates with a dental assisting background.

For the right candidate, your clinical experience could be a valuable asset to our team. There may be opportunities to utilize your dental assisting knowledge to support the clinical team during implant and full-arch implant cases, as well as assist with other clinical needs when appropriate.

You do not need to be a dental assistant to apply. We are primarily looking for the right person for our administrative role, and we’re happy to utilize additional clinical experience when it makes sense for the candidate and the clinic.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with patients
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and confident
  • Reliable and motivated
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new technology
  • A positive team player who takes pride in their work
  • Previous dental, medical, or healthcare administration experience is an asset
  • Dental assisting experience is an additional asset, but not required

Why Riverbend?

If you’re an excellent administrator who enjoys working with people — or you’re a dental assistant looking to bring your administrative and clinical experience to a new environment — we’d love to hear from you.
