About Us

BelleMaison Development Corporation is a growing real estate development and construction company based in Saskatchewan. Our projects include townhouses, apartments, single-family homes, and basement suite developments.

As our projects continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Project Manager Assistant to join our team and grow with the company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with project scheduling and construction coordination
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Assist in organizing drawings, quotations, contracts, and project documents
  • Track site progress, deficiencies, and inspections
  • Record daily project updates and reports using company systems
  • Assist with material ordering and delivery follow-ups
  • Support project managers with quality control and site inspections
  • Maintain communication between office staff, site teams, and clients
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related fields is preferred
  • New graduates in construction-related programs are welcome to apply
  • Construction or project-related experience is an asset
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings is preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn and grow in the construction industry
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred
