Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and staff supervision. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and specials
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary creativity
- Understanding of restaurant management principles
