In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers to support client initiatives, build professional relationships, and contribute to customer engagement efforts. We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in sales, communication, and leadership while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to build positive relationships and provide a strong customer experience
- Present client services and communicate key value propositions
- Support sales and customer engagement initiatives through face-to-face communication
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work toward achieving individual and team objectives on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign-related information
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
- Support overall team objectives and contribute to client campaign success

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or working with people is considered an asset, but not required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
