Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Network and Web Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network infrastructure and web systems. This role involves configuring and troubleshooting complex network environments, ensuring security protocols are in place, and supporting system administration tasks across various operating systems and virtualization platforms. Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, routers, and operating systems.
  • Monitor network traffic to keep internet and workstation connections running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily network crashes or connectivity issues immediately.
  • Assist employees and website visitors who encounter technical glitches.
  • Run regular data backups to safeguard important company files against loss.
  • Set up security software to protect systems from hackers and malware.
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of servers hosting company websites.
  • Administer corporate email accounts and manage web access permissions for staff.
  • Update server software regularly to prevent website downtime and performance lags.
  • Maintain organized logs of system updates and routine maintenance tasks.

Pay: $36.00-$39.00 per hour
