  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, healthcare staff, contractors, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and guide customers through technical issues remotely via phone, video conferencing, and other digital support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions in the field.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one, with the ability to travel as required for training and customer support.
  • Proficient in the safe and effective use of power tools, hand tools, testing equipment, and installation equipment.
  • Ability to work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing overhead lift systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document service activities, maintain records, and complete required reporting in a timely manner.
