- Collaborate closely with customers and internal service teams to ensure efficient resolution of service requests and equipment issues.
- Accurately complete and submit service reports, work orders, inspection documentation, and site summaries in a timely manner.
- Support warehouse operations as required, including receiving shipments, inventory management, material handling, and order preparation.
- Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, customer training, and other business development activities as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and compliance while representing Guldmann in the field.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Service Leadership.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, healthcare staff, contractors, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and guide customers through technical issues remotely via phone, video conferencing, and other digital support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions in the field.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one, with the ability to travel as required for training and customer support.
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of power tools, hand tools, testing equipment, and installation equipment.
- Ability to work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing overhead lift systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document service activities, maintain records, and complete required reporting in a timely manner.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and digital platforms for service documentation, scheduling, communication, remote diagnostics, and software/firmware upgrades.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage service calls, inspections, maintenance schedules, and documentation efficiently.
