What You’ll Do

The Jr. Service Technician is responsible for providing in-house Customer Service, Repairs, and Field support for Fortress Technology inspections systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Inspection systems repairs and wiring

- Perform Inspection System Quality Control Inspections

- Provide In-House Customer Service (answering phone calls, emails, queries)

- Assist with Repair Evaluations and Product Testing (repairs and reports)

- Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

- Production and repairs facility environments

Academic/Educational Requirements:

- Electronics Technologist or Electro-Mechanical Diploma
